Booking Requirements

To confirm your reservation, full payment for the duration of your stay is required in advance. Please provide at least one government-issued ID at the time of booking. Our home can host a maximum of 12 adults.

House Rules

• Smoking and alcohol consumption inside the villa is strictly not allowed. Guests may enjoy their drink only at the designated gazebo area.
  (Violations will incur a cleaning charge – charges apply).

• At least 4 valid guest IDs must be submitted to the caretaker at the time of check-in.

• To maintain the peaceful ambience of Evaara and the surrounding valley, we kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum, especially in outdoor areas.

• Pets are not allowed on the premises, in order to maintain hygiene and guest comfort.

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  (Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability – charges apply)

• Before leaving, we request that you help us keep the property as beautiful as you found it.

• Please refrain from entertaining outside visitors during your stay.

• While tipping is not mandatory, guests are welcome to tip the caretakers generously for exceptional service.

• We expect guests to treat the home with respect. Any damages caused will be charged to the guest.

• Access to the washing machine and dryer is available for your convenience.

• Guided trekking trips through the scenic Kodaikanal hills – ideal for nature lovers and explorers. Enquire in advance for details.

• Driver accommodation available for up to 4 drivers, with breakfast included.

• Home-style lunch and dinner are available via our in-house menu. Kindly place your meal order at least 3 hours in advance for the best experience.

• Bonfire evenings can be arranged upon request. Kindly inform us in advance.

• For a barbecue experience, a minimum 1-day prior notice is required so we can prepare everything to perfection.
