Welcome to Evaara
By making a booking or staying at Evaara, a property operated by Koday Haven Private Limited, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms ensure a seamless, safe, and pleasant experience for all our guests.

1. Booking & Payments

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your stay.
A valid government-issued ID (minimum one per group) must be submitted at the time of booking.
A minimum of 1 guest ID to be submitted upon check-in.

2. Occupancy & Property Use

Evaara can accommodate up to 12 adult guests.
The villa is strictly for the use of registered guests. Outside visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care. Any damage or loss will be chargeable to the guest.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
This allows our staff adequate time to prepare for incoming guests. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. House Rules

No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed inside the villa. You may enjoy your drink in the designated gazebo area.
A cleaning charge will be levied for violations.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Kindly maintain noise levels, respecting the peace of the surrounding environment.

5. Staff & Services

Our caretakers are available 24/7 for assistance.
Tipping is appreciated for good service but is entirely at guest discretion.
Home-cooked meals are available from our in-house menu, with at least 3 hours’ advance notice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest

More than 14 days before check-in: 80% refund of the total booking amount.
7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund will be issued.

2. Change of Dates

Date modifications are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
A maximum of one date change is permitted per booking.

3. Cancellation by Evaara (Koday Haven Pvt. Ltd.)

In rare circumstances such as extreme weather, maintenance issues, or government restrictions, we may cancel a reservation.
In such cases, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded, or you may reschedule your stay with no additional charges.

4. Early Departure

If you choose to leave before the end of your booking, no refunds will be issued for unused nights.
